Following his failed appearance at the just concluded Coachella Music Festival where he was billed to perform alongside Beyonce, fans of the international Starboy took to Twitter to drag the starboy, saying he is getting lazy.

An explanation as to why he did not turn up at the show was demanded of him and all he could say was that “the embassy is not his father,” and that “his band had visa issues.” Such excuse didn’t go down well with fans who were of the opinion that if Beyonce could make it to the show, then Wizkid should have no excuse for not making it too.

However, Wiz got pissed off by the attacks at some point and lashed out at a couple of fans by cursing their fathers. One of his followers tweeted: “Wizkid, you don f*ck up.” In reply, Wizkid wrote: “Na your papa f*uck up.” Another fan saw Wizkid’s response inappropriate and made to address him by tweeting:

“I respect Wizkid but there is lack of intellectuality in his tweet. You shouldn’t have insulted his father, Starboy.” As reasonable as that tweet was, Wizkid still deemed fit to reply the man by unapologetically telling him: “Your papa!!!”
