Congestive heart failure
Notice the cardiomegaly indicated by the increase in the cardio thoracic ratio , notice the right atrial enlargement (the inferior segment of the right border of the heart extending to the right ) , right ventricular enlargement indicated by the interstitial edema and septal lines (also called Kerely B lines ) seen at the lung bases , usually no more than 1mm thick and 1 cm long perpendicular to the pleural surface. also notice the upper zone vessel enlargement . patient is a case of CHF
Echo shows Moderate PAH, Dilated RA and RV.
